Priscilla Leveque
Priscilla has been singing and dancing since the age of 12. She trained at the Melbourne school of Jaanz for 7 years, regularly featuring in their elite concerts at the Crown Showroom.
She has been selected in the Top 100 in Australian Idol twice and the Top 60 in 2007 , which was an unforgettable and incredibly rewarding experience.
She won many karaoke competitions before starting her professional career including World Vision talent quest, The Urban Quest, P&O Karaoke competition and was crowned Casey Idol.
As a professional singer Priscilla has performed with a wide variety of groups, duos and solo shows. She was a member of Jaspora, a 9-piece reggae band; Tropical Vibz, a 6-piece tropical band playing regularly in clubs around Melbourne; A La Natural, a soul, pop and R’n'B trio performing in a wide variety of venues around Melbourne and Kulture Klash - a 10 piece Mauritian band perorming songs in French, Creole and English, both traditional and contemporary - to name but a few.
Among her many performances she has appeared on Channel 31, at the Royal Chldren’s Hospital, for the Leukemia foundation, at Federation Square and at Crown Showroom.
As a dancer she has performed in Exotic Dreams, a Latin/Mauritian cultural group, performing an eclectic mix of salsa, merengue, African and sega (Creole) dance styles in many venues across Melbourne and Creole Illusions - a Latin / Hip hop / Creole mix, featuring the sega dance which involves continuous hip movements, remeniscent of Egyptian Belly dance.
Martin Cox
From tours of the Victorian countryside as an oboist with the Victoria State Opera to performing a Live Karaoke show in a nightclub in Spain, via piano bars, restaurants, hotels and festivals, Martin Cox, has performed solo, in duos, trios, cover and original bands since the early 1980’s. His enormous experience covers styles such as pop, funk, reggae, blues, soul, jazz, folk-rock, Irish, Latin and African and he was even the instigator and composer for a semi-improvised minimalist band : Philip Glass meets Miles Davis!
He has written film scores, music for dance, theatre and TV, created and composed the songs for a kids’ pop band and teaches music in various schools around Melbourne. Suffice to say he lives and breathes music. As an experienced performer running and MC-ing his own shows for years he is not just a pretty face behind a dazzling keyboard! He’s an entertainer in every sense of the world.
Damien Domingue
Damien was brought up in Mauritius where he was introduced at a young age to the rhythms and sounds of Creole, Latin and Caribbean music and he began playing congas, bongos and other percussion instruments while still in primary school. He played in many groups after leaving school - especially sega (Creole dance music) reggae and salsa bands.
After migrating to Australia he continued his musical journey playing in an eclectic mix of groups covering such styles as reggae, Lartin, sega, R&B, salsa and merengue as well as a roving percussion band which has featured at many festivals in Victoria and interstate.
He has also been dancing from a young age and has worked as a dancer in groups such as Exotic Dreams and Creole Illusions (along with Priscilla) while salso partnering her in various dance shows and competitions.
HIs relaxed friendly smile and outrageously good looks will light up any stage!
